Description
Every cellist will know it: the "difficult" sonata for violoncello and basso continuo, here in an arrangement for violoncello and double bass. The continuo part to be played by the double bass was reworked in such a way that it became not only an accompanying voice but also an equally important counterpart. In the Rondo it even partly takes over the cello part and the cello changes to the accompaniment, so that high demands are also made on the double bass player. A duo to shine!
